I never realized

I seem to have some kind of thumb injury. I don't know what I did or when it happened, but it hurts. At first it was just annoying, but now I am having trouble writing and picking up things!! One of my students broke her arm on Tuesday and yesterday was her first day back at school. I went through the lunch line with her and then went to pick up her tray for her and my thumb totally gave out! I was about six inches away from having a very embarrassing moment! Luckily, my reflexes are pretty good and I caught it with my left hand. I just never really considered what life would be like without one of my thumbs!

Writing this post has also made me realize how little I have to blog about!! :)
